As the Paw breaks in and starts to soften, start adding inserts. All Tiger Paws come with one set of froth inserts and two sets of plastic inserts. The pockets are large enough to put all 3 inserts in at the same time for an incredibly stiff wrist support. Replacements are available from our web site so when they wear out down the road, no problem.
